In this NEW program, I’ll sent you a message like this every Sunday.

It will explain the week’s theme and exercise.

In addition, you will receive the following, all related to the theme:

  • —> Tuesday and/or Thursday: email of encouragement / reminder to stick with it!

  • —> Wednesday: meditative yoga class
